Empowering Lives Together
Hope Starts with Best Outcomes Support Services

Who We Are
At Best Outcomes Support Services, we are a collective born out of a genuine concern for the well-being of the people we work with. Our journey began because we care deeply, recognizing the dissatisfaction with services treating people on the NDIS as cash cows. Our ethos revolves around creating authentic, person-focused support systems where clients hold the reins in shaping their services, according to their needs and desires. In our philosophy, "can't" is not an option; we believe in relentless efforts to fulfil the aspirations of our clients and empower them to lead fulfilling lives on their terms.

What We Do

SIL (Supported Independent Living)
(NSW/QLD)
At our SIL (Supported Independent Living) services, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives. We understand the importance of autonomy, which is why we prioritize giving our clients as much control as possible over their services. From determining the structure of their living arrangements to selecting the staff members who support them, we believe in putting the power back into the hands of those we serve. With our client-centered approach, we strive to create environments where individuals can thrive and have a say in every aspect of their support system.

Community Access
(NSW/QLD)
With our Community Access team, we're committed to facilitating meaningful connections and opportunities for individuals to engage fully in their communities. Recognizing the significance of personal agency, we empower our clients to shape their community access experiences. Whether it's deciding which activities to participate in or choosing the locations they wish to explore and or the staff they wish to engage with, we prioritize their preferences and desires. Our focus is on fostering independence and inclusion, ensuring that individuals have the freedom to lead enriching lives tailored to their interests and aspirations.

Lawns and gardening (Brisbane)
In our lawns and gardening stream, we support NDIS clients to deliver unparalleled landscaping and gardening services. The photo above is of one of our Brisbane SIL homes looked after by our Lawns and Gardening team. Collaborating closely with our dedicated team, NDIS participants take an active role in crafting beautiful outdoor spaces. Currently available exclusively in the Brisbane area, our program emphasizes inclusivity and meaningful employment opportunities in an open but supported employment. By working together, we not only cultivate stunning gardens but also cultivate a sense of purpose and pride among our clients. With our client-centred approach, we're sowing the seeds for a brighter, more inclusive future, one lawn at a time.
